Technical Support Assistance
For questions about using Qualtrics, you have several options:
- For local support, submit your Qualtrics question to the Crimson Service Desk at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu and the WSU Qualtrics support team will assist you.
- For Qualtrics support, once logged into your WSU Qualtrics account, click the Help button found at top of the main page and then from the window that opens, select the Contact Support button. This will open an online form to submit your request. Based on your issue, Qualtrics support may direct you back to get assistance from your the local support personnel.
